Cashmere, a wonderfully warm and soft material, certainly deserves a prominent place among our proposals.
Modern yarn, which goes beyond the classic concept of clothing but which doesn’t give up the glamour of a garment that is always fashionable and always current.
Speaking of prices, we can say that the companies we choose are eco-friendly certified: they undertake to respect the purity of the wool, to remove the hair from the animal by hand in the spring (so they don’t deprive it of fundamental defenses to face the cold seasons) directly in the grazing area, in Mongolia (using a special comb that doesn’t damage the animal and, on the contrary, helps it to get rid more quickly of the hair) and, finally, but no less important, they prefer fair trade.
Low-cost brands, on the other hand, accelerate the desertification of Mongolia itself with mass production, dry out the rivers and impoverish the soil. Buy less, but buy responsibly.
Contrary to popular belief, cashmere loves water; so do not be afraid to wash your clothes in the washing machine, although with the necessary precautions: insert the garment in the washing machine upside down, add a delicate detergent specific for wool, select a short program for delicate clothes with a temperature that does not exceed 30 ° C. For the spin cycle, choose an average speed, no more than 400 revolutions, so you will eliminate most of the excess water in the garment without damaging it.
Our sweaters are always accompanied by a relative comb to keep them always shiny: a quick wipe is enough and the annoying "dots" that tend to form on natural fabrics will slide off like water.
Warmer material than classic wool but less heavy and irritating on the skin, excellent idea to pamper yourself in these times full of uncertainty or who knows, maybe to give it to someone special to wrap it in a magical hug from a distance ...
